Step By Step Procedure

Advertisement In Newspaper

We begin our recruitment process by placing advertisements in major newspapers to reach a wide audience and attract potential candidates for the available positions.

Location (KTM)

Candidates are invited to our main office in Kathmandu (KTM) for the initial stages of the recruitment process, including preliminary document verification and briefings.

Pre Interview

In the pre-interview stage, candidates undergo an initial screening to assess their qualifications and suitability for the job roles. This helps to shortlist candidates for the main interview.

Main Interview

The main interview involves a detailed evaluation of the candidate's skills, experience, and fit for the role. This stage is crucial for selecting the most qualified individuals.

Trade Test

Candidates undergo a trade test to evaluate their technical skills and practical knowledge relevant to the job they have applied for. This ensures their competence in the field.

List of Selected People

A list of selected candidates is prepared based on their performance in the interviews and trade tests. These candidates are then notified and moved to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Medical Test

Selected candidates undergo a comprehensive medical examination to ensure they meet the health requirements for the job. This step is essential to ensure their fitness for the role.

Sign Offer Letter & Medical Certificate

Upon clearing the medical test, candidates sign the offer letter and submit their medical certificates. This formalizes their acceptance of the job offer and confirms their readiness to proceed.

Receive Visa

We assist the selected candidates in processing and receiving their visas, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order for their travel and employment abroad.

Orientation By Government

Candidates attend a mandatory orientation session conducted by the government, where they are briefed on the legal and procedural aspects of working abroad, ensuring they are well-informed.

Final Labour Approval & Insurance

Final labor approval is obtained, and insurance coverage is arranged for the candidates. This step ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and that candidates are insured.

Final Medical Checkup

A final medical checkup is conducted to ensure that candidates are still in good health and fit to travel and work. This is a precautionary measure to confirm their medical status.

Final Counselling & Pre-Departure Orientation

Candidates receive final counseling and pre-departure orientation, where they are given detailed information about their roles, responsibilities, and what to expect in their new work environment.

Documents Handover

All necessary documents, including visas, work permits, and insurance papers, are handed over to the candidates. This step ensures they have everything they need for their journey and employment.

Airport

The final step involves escorting the candidates to the airport for their departure. Our team ensures they have a smooth transition as they embark on their journey to their new job location.

Terms and Conditions

1. Demand Letter

The First Party shall issue a Demand Letter to the Second Party specifying the number of workers required, salary rates, and other services.

2. Government Approvals

Both parties must obtain government approvals for the import, recruitment, and supply of workers as per the rules of both countries. If there is any conflict between government rules and contract conditions, this agreement shall be deemed null and void.

3. Visa and Documentation

The First Party will provide the necessary Visa/NOC work permits and relevant documents. If visas are not issued due to changes in government policies, the First Party will bear the recruitment expenses.

4. Worker Earnings

Earnings per worker per month will be as per the attached Demand Letter for each category.

5. Medical Examination

The Second Party must ensure that all recommended workers are examined and possess valid health certificates, including tests for AIDS, T.B., and other infections. Original medical certificates and passport copies must be submitted.

6. Airport Reception

The First Party is responsible for receiving the workers at the airport.

7. Recruitment Responsibility

The Second Party will handle the recruitment of workers from Nepal, adhering to specified trades, and ensure recruitment within 45 days of receiving visa advice and documents.

8. Compensation

The First Party agrees to bear compensation for worker death or injury, including the cost of transporting the deceased's body to Nepal, as per the labor laws of the concerned country.

9. Probationary Period

Workers will have a three-month probationary period. If found unfit or unsuitable after this period, they may be terminated and repatriated at their own cost, borne by the Second Party.

10. Worker Interviews and Testing

The workers will be interviewed and tested by the employer's representative.

11. Immigration and Medical Assistance

The Second Party will assist workers with immigration formalities, medical tests, and visa stamping from relevant embassies.

12. Accommodation and Amenities

The First Party will provide free bachelor-sharing accommodation, food, and necessary amenities, including medical and insurance coverage.

13. Manpower Agreement

The First Party agrees to enter into an agreement with the Second Party to supply Nepalese manpower, specifying the number and qualifications required through task orders.

14. Personnel Requirements

The First Party will advise the Second Party of its personnel requirements via cable, telex, or letter, detailing job descriptions, salaries, terms, and desired mobilization dates.

15. Candidate Selection

The Second Party will shortlist candidates based on the First Party's requirements and notify the First Party for final interview and selection. The Second Party guarantees the selection and processing of qualified workers.

16. Agency Fees

The First Party shall not pay recruitment fees. The Second Party will pay for PTA Air Tickets for candidates repatriated before the three-month probation period. The First Party will cover air tickets for repatriation after the original two-year contract.
